Items listed as Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. All other jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks before shipment.
For rush orders, special sizing, and custom inquiries, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Most domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in our craftsmanship and designs, and hope that you'll love your new jewelry as much as we do. However, if you're in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn and undamaged jewelry. Jewelry must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
We’re happy to offer refunds and exchanges up to 10 days after the item is received. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. However, if you choose to exchange your item we will gladly ship your new order to you, free of charge.
Be sure to carefully pack your return or exchange in a sturdy box. We're not accountable for returns lost or damaged in transit, so make sure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges on final sale and custom styles.
We offer repairs on a case by case basis. Unless damage is due to defects in craftsmanship, repairs are subject to a reasonable fee. The buyer is responsible for all repair costs, including shipping. For more information, send us an email at email@example.com.
