Items listed as Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. All other jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks before shipment.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
International and Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Every package is shipped with necessary documentation to allow for a smooth entrance to your country. However, please understand that we do not have control over customs fees or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in our craftsmanship and designs, and hope that you'll love your new jewelry as much as we do. However, if you're in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn and undamaged jewelry. Jewelry must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
We’re happy to offer refunds and exchanges up to 10 days after the item is received. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. However, if you choose to exchange your item we will gladly ship your new order to you, free of charge.
Please note that any applied discounts are valid only on the original purchase, and do not transfer to exchanges.
Be sure to carefully pack your return or exchange in a sturdy box. We're not accountable for returns lost or damaged in transit, so make sure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges on final sale and custom styles.
