At present, we are unable to customize gold styles in sterling silver. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. To learn whether a specific piece is being offered in sterling silver, please visit the product page and check the item description and/or materials drop down.

Items listed as Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. All other jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks before shipment. Orders containing both Ready to Ship and made to order styles are shipped when all items are complete.

Domestic orders are shipped using UPS carbon neutral with tracking and insurance.
International and Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Every package is shipped with the necessary documentation to allow for a smooth entrance to your country. However, please understand that we do not have control over customs fees or delays. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping, and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is correct before placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in our craftsmanship and designs, and hope that you'll love your new jewelry as much as we do. However, if you're in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Production begins soon after orders are placed so that you can receive your selections as quickly as possible. To cancel or modify an order, please email us within one hour of making your purchase. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel your order.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn and undamaged jewelry. Jewelry must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
We regret that we’re currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on rings. If you receive your ring and the fit isn’t quite right, we will happily resize it up or down as much as one size for a reasonable fee. We always recommend having your ring size measured by a local jeweler before purchasing to ensure the best fit.
We’re happy to offer refunds and exchanges for your jewelry, less shipping, up to 10 days after the item is received. Please contact email@example.com for a return authorization. The buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees. All returns must be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization. Tracking information must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of shipping the return. Returns shipped without tracking, authorization, or outside of the approved window will be returned to sender. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note that any applied and future discounts are valid only on the original purchase, and cannot be applied to exchanges.
Be sure to carefully pack your return or exchange in a sturdy box. We're not accountable for returns lost or damaged in transit, so make sure that your return shipping method includes tracking and insurance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges on final sale and custom styles.
We offer repairs on a case by case basis. To inquire about a repair, please contact email@example.com. Please include your name, a photo of the damaged item, a detailed description, and proof of purchase.
Unless damage is due to defects in craftsmanship, repairs are subject to a reasonable fee. The buyer is responsible for all repair costs, including shipping. Please allow up to six weeks for your item to be repaired.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
